So, I am only part way through the week as far as watching my recordings of General Hospital, but I just had to pause to comment on Sonny's rabid search for Joss this week.
This is how Sonny Corinthos searches for a toddler, ladies and gentlemen - -
And also, one violently throws innocent carseats around if there is no barware handy.
That is all.
ETA: Curtis, I changed my title in your honor

Is this a secret reference to the Planet of the Apes movie?

Dude, I laughed SO Hard when he threw the car seat. I was like, "Okay, douche, what are you going to do if you find Joss? Do you even have a fucking car seat to bring her safely home in?"
I was astonished at the amount of frothing Sonny was doing over missing Josslyn. I guess this is proof that he and Jason really have broken up because he didn't even check-in on his other half.

Chessy Do a research on Bipolar illness and you are going to find out why Sonny is acting the way he is acting... Dont look like an IGNORANT. Dont try emulate the person that writes the blog.

Alana, are you aware that "ignorant" is an adjective and not a noun? Just saying.

Personally, I see no difference in Sonny's behavior when he's off his meds OR when he's on: He's still an insufferable, narcisstic, self-absorbed, little moobster.

Are viewers supposed to be blaming his behavior on bipolar disease? I didn't get that at all. ITA with Geets, this is how Sonny ALWAYS behaves and if he bursts in and shoots Joss in the face, is Carly really going to be okay with it because he was off his meds? So what.

I agree with Geets -- Sonny is insufurable with or without his meds, and I'm tired of his using Deek and his illness as an excuse for bullying everyone who doesn't agree with him. Kuddos to Dante for having him arrested, long time coming. Sonny is old enough to get over his childhood, many adults have and become productive citizens (wait, this is Sonny we're talking about).

Alana, I don't have to do a whole lot of research on BiPolar disorder. My mother has it, my brother has it, my grandmother had it and my father-in-law had it before he passed. I've first hand experience on appropriate behavior in manic and depressive states. I know what it's like to live like a hostage when a person refuses to take their medication and/or effectively treat underlying triggers that result in ridiculous and dangerous behavior.
That being said, I don't think there's anything wrong with me laughing at a fictional character. I can't hurt his feelings because he isn't real.
Now you can flame me. :D
