I Know That Physical Violence is NOT the Answer

. . . . but sometimes, it is very tempting.

During Tuesday's show for example, the list of characters that needed to be slapped was long:

Carly informs Lulu that she shouldn't take her near-death-experience-trauma out on the innocent MetroCourt staff.  Seriously?  Carly reams people (mostly poor Jax) for far less on a daily basis! Where does she get off lecturing anyone on misplaced bitchiness?

Nikolas explains to Lucky how hard he tried to stop his love for Liz and how guilty he's been feeling about betraying his brother.  Huh? Maybe all the self-flagellation happened off-screen?  And the times when Nik actively tried to convince Liz to leave Lucky and be with him instead were merely a fig newton of viewer imagination?

Patrick goes all postal on the chief of staff because Steven doesn't want his surgeons over-taxing themselves in the OR just to fulfill their respective god-complexes.

Michael yells at Kristina for daring to imply (erroneously?) that Sonny is a murderer.   Just shoot me, now Kristina's screwed-up psyche is both not Sonny and not Michael's fault, it's totally Alexis' fault that K allows men who say they love her to treat her like dirt.

Sam is back to being a self-righteous lunatic (after being mainly tolerable for several months) when Lucky dares to be mad at St. Jasus for leaving his sister to die in lieu of his fully complicit danger-loving girlfriend.   Bitch, please, you need to tone down the smug about ten notches.

Sonny, Jason, and Carly argue about Franco - whose to blame, etc.  Oh puh-leeze .

There were a few bright spots in the show which prevented me from going on a full-blown rage induced bender

Patrick and Robin were all cute and adorable (before Lisa came in a ruined everything by bringing out spoiled, petulant authority-figure-taunting Patty) as they were preparing for Robin to take Emma to see Anna in London

I've been asking for a transcript of Nik's alleged guilt in all this is since yesterday...no one's found it yet. I think finding a picture of Lindsay Lohan in pants is more likely! Didn't we just see Nik pitch a hissy fit on MONDAY becuase Liz wouldn't leave Lucky and be with him as he abandoned his child to move to another COUNTRY? Man I wished I lived on in Nikolasland...must be great to always justify being a dick and make yourself a perpetual victim.

Steven/Cake is adorableness that can not be fully explained. More please! I think Cameron needs to show Uncle Steven the greatness of living room hockey! (le sigh...Lucam with Greg....sweet sweet wonderfulness)

How about Sonny assuring Jason he was a way better killer than Franco....there was no need to worry about Franco killing other people for all the ones Jason kills. Jason was the best. Did I just watch someone compliment another human being on being great at killing????????
