Tuesday in Port Charles can be summed up in one word . . . . . (no, not that word potty-mouths) I was going to go with zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
.
Jason and Sam rush a random pregnant woman to the hospital and re-hash Sam's miscarriage for the umpteenth time
.
Helena taunts Nikolas about turning into a true Cassadine for the umpteenth time
. (Okay, her comparisons are more accurate this time around, but I'd hardly call that a selling point - - does every male lead on this show have to be a jackass??)
Dante interupts his mother post banging of her boy-toy for the umpteenth time. (Seriously dude, stop visiting your mom in the middle of the night
) Speaking of which, Johnny is one of two characters who makes Olivia bearable for me (the other is Dante, who I am starting to think could make the black plague bearable), but I was mightily disappointed with the JOlivia love scene today - - what was with the awkward walk to the bedroom? Ugh, not good.
Kristina & Michael have a wildly inappropriate sibling conversation for the umpteenth time. (Um yeah, because my brother is the first person I want to discuss my sex life with
. Mikey and Kristina have been spending too much time with the Ziblings, clearly)
Luke completely contradicts most of the eighties and early nineties by insisting once again that he was trapped against his will in suburbia by Laura and their family
(for the umpteenth time).
Patrick mentions (for the umpteenth time) the glory of his bachelor days before ball-and-chain Robin came along to trick him into domesticity
(Guza is an asshat).
I don't want to sound all negative today, there were some positive points to the show. Afterall, it was clearly "trot out the veterans" day - - viewers were treated to Bobbie, Audrey, and even Lesley, at Liz and Lucky's surprise engagement party
I may have been hallucinating, but I'm pretty sure Laura's name even came up in conversation for the first time in over a year since she miraculously awoke from her catatonia. It was in the context of "oh yeah, Ethan, we talked about him and Laura's totally cool with the fact that I cheated on her twenty years ago when we were happily married, bygones", but I'm repressing that part, so her mention gave me warm fuzzies.
That's all I've got for positives I'm afraid.
Did I mention that the show was really repetitive today?
It's all about Dante for me these days...he's a breath of FRESH air.........and yummy too.

I am dreading the revisiting of Patrick the Manwhore. What I love most about Scrubs/Patrick is that they have allowed them to grow and embrace their love for one another. They are portrayed as a devoted couple..this old girlfriend story gripes me to no end.

You said it - except for Johnny, Olivia and Dante it is so repetitive!
Michael and his shooting are so dull, enough already, get it over with! And I hate Kristina.
Alexis asking Jason to do the investigation without Sam - that again? Again, really?
