I'm Going to Need Clarification of the Term "Someone"

Yeah, so the latest General Hospital promo  promises dramatically "Someone . . . will . . .die".  Which is great because, seriously, I watch soaps for violence and death and am genuinely disappointed if the body count is too low. 

Given Guza and his tenuous grasp of the English language, this promo does raise a question: when they say "someone" do they mean an actual someone, or do they mean "someone" along the lines of the first two no ones who have already died during this non-sweeps "event"? 

For example, a strict definition of someone {an unspecified or unknown person, according to The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition} might include one of the two guys wearing the HazMat suits in the OR when it blew up, or possibly Olivia (although I gather that Bob Guza thinks she is someone).  Actually, because of her nobody-status in my eyes, I would be doing a happy dance if TPTB decided to cut their losses and bump off Connie's loud-mouthed cousin, because I think the character sucks toxic balls.  Plus, if Olivia dies now, it's possible viewers would be spared the inevitable introduction of Dante, which is all good in my book.

My greatest fear is that "someone" will actually mean someone {a person of importance, definition #2 in The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition} and Port Charles will lose another Quartermaine or a Spencer or Scorpio.

And covers like this, are not helping my blood-pressure any:

And another thing, what makes this their "Valentine's Day SPECIAL!"? - - - Is it the use of the word "bloodbath"?  Or maybe it's the phrase "killed off!"? 

You know, and the question "is it the end of the mob?" - - don't get my hopes up Soaps in Depth, I know better than to expect miracles from .

Hahaha..... cover those covers. Who will die?! Gasp* Sonny?????!! No. Carly? Ha! Trevor Lansing?? Character that has not been on screen for over 3 months? YES! and we are suppose to deeply care about this?

Also, LOVE that Brenda is on the cover........ That girl has more covers now, then she ever did as Brenda..... always trying to sell her. She is NOT coming back and no one "important" to GH with ever die.
